If you’ve suffered trauma or PTSD, it can feel like the experience is a part of you, that you are bound to it and will be affected by its power forever.

Making use of the latest neuroscience and coupled with ancient ideas and methods, the Transcending Your Trauma Program will guide you through four weeks of deliberate practice, unlocking the psychological chains that bind you to the past.

This is an online, brain retraining program, teaching you via interactive video sessions and providing you with daily tasks that establish a new routine.

Each week ends with a live webinar with course creator David Florence and will be an opportunity to ask questions and to spend time with others who can support you through your journey.

The course is deliberately designed to fit into a busy schedule, each task and video is short, and the daily routine is minimal. The only requirement is that you stay the course and stick to the schedule if you want to feel free from the past.
